This self-directed training has been developed to inform public housing agencies (PHAs) and staff of the importance of early mold detection, causes, health concerns and remediation procedures in housing units and common areas. This training covers six topics: types of mold, causes of mold growth, health concerns associated with mold, types of mold assessment, mold remediation, and managing risk.
