Training Registration and Get Credit Instructions

Live Webinar Registration Instructions

 

If you already have a HUD Exchange account:

1. Select Register Now on the training page.
    
2. Log into your HUD Exchange account.
    
3. After logging in, the course detail page in HUD Exchange Learn will appear.
    
4. In the Scheduled Classes section, select Enroll.

 

If you do not have a HUD Exchange account:

1. Select Register Now on the training page.
    
2. Select Create an Account.
    
3. Fill out the form, and click the Create Account button.
    
4. Your account has been created. You will receive a confirmation email.
    
5. After creating an account, the course detail page in HUD Exchange Learn will appear.
    
6. In the Scheduled Classes section, select Enroll.

Accessing the Webinar

You will receive an email with instructions on how to access the webinar prior to the webinar.

In-Person Training Registration Instructions

 

If you already have a HUD Exchange account:

1. Select Register Now on the training page.
    
2. Log into your HUD Exchange account.
    
3. After logging in, the course detail page in HUD Exchange Learn will appear.
    
4. In the Scheduled Classes section, select Enroll.

 

If you do not have a HUD Exchange account:

1. Select Register Now on the training page.
    
2. Select Create an Account.
    
3. Fill out the form, and click the Create Account button.
    
4. Your account has been created. You will receive a confirmation email.
    
5. After creating an account, the course detail page in HUD Exchange Learn will appear.
    
6. In the Scheduled Classes section, select Enroll.

Self-Paced Training Access Instructions

1. On the training page, select the Go to Training button.
    
2. Log into or create your HUD Exchange account.
    
3. The training will launch in a new window. Make sure your pop-up blockers are turned off.
    
4. Complete the training.
    
5. If required, complete the quiz.
    
6. Complete the feedback form.
    
7. The training will appear on your transcript.

Get Credit for Viewing a Training or Recorded Webinar

1. Review the training material.


2. Select the Get Credit button.


3. You will be prompted to create or log into your HUD Exchange account.


4. After logging in, the HUD Exchange Learn training page will appear.


5. Select Enroll.


6. If a quiz is required, complete the quiz. 
    
7. If a quiz is not required, self certify that you completed the training by selecting Mark as Complete.


8. The training will appear on your transcript.
