This module describes the history of the HOPWA program, the connections between housing status and health outcomes for people living with HIV/AIDS, federal responses to the HIV/AIDS epidemic, and eligible program activities.
This module provides detail on how to effectively monitor and oversee the HOPWA program's eligible activities, including Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA), Short-Term Rent, Mortgage, and Utility Assistance (STRMU), Facility-Based Housing Assistance, and Supportive Services.
