This series of tutorials shows Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) how to set up, fund, and manage HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) activity screens in the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS).

The primary goals of the tutorials are to help PJs:

 
Upload HOME-ARP allocation plans using the eCon Planning Suite
 
Operate IDIS activity screens for all types of HOME-ARP activities
 
Use IDIS to manage HOME-ARP
grant funds

HOME-ARP Allocation Plan

This tutorial shows PJs how to upload their completed HOME-ARP allocation plans to the 2021 Annual Action Plan within the eCon Planning Suite.

Elements of HOME-ARP Administration and Planning Activities

This tutorial shows PJs the requirements related to creating HOME-ARP administration and planning activities in IDIS.

HOME-ARP Subfunds and Subgrants

This tutorial shows PJs the requirements for using HOME-ARP subfunds and subgrants in IDIS.
