This training was prepared by Abt Associates for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Public and Indian Housing. The training is grounded in the experience of FSS program coordinators and administrators and representatives of private owners of subsidized housing who participated in a Community of Practice about FSS as well as input from HUD staff. Throughout the training, video clips featuring the following FSS practitioners and HUD staff provide real-world context and examples of the guidelines and promising practices described in the training.
