  • Latest guidance on counseling for HOME-assisted buyers
  • Special considerations when HOME assistance is provided through first-mortgage lenders

Who Should Attend?

HOME PJs and their subrecipients, state recipients, and Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) partners who manage HOME-funded homebuyer activities, including both direct buyer assistance (e.g. DPA) and the development of for-sale homebuyer housing should attend.
