The Office of Block Grant Assistance (OBGA) hosted a webinar to assist Recovery Housing Program (RHP) grantees in developing their RHP Action Plans and guided them through program design and implementation. The first half of this webinar prepared grantees to develop their RHP Action Plans by walking them through the required Action Plan elements. It built upon the Cross-Sector Partnerships Webinar (February 24, 2021) and reviewed how grantees should describe partnerships, roles, responsibilities, and complementary funds within their Action Plans. The session also addressed citizen participation, partner coordination, pre-agreement costs, and oversight/management requirements.

The second half of this webinar guided RHP grantees through the process of RHP project implementation and oversight. Presenters shared process flows to help grantees implement their program designs and the topics discussed covered interlinked activities and the order in which they should occur. The presentation used a hypothetical eligible RHP project to walk participants through the steps involved in RHP implementation.

This webinar was part of the RHP Webinar Series. The series provided an overview of the program, including best practices on RHP design and implementation. View all webinars in the RHP Webinar Series.
