  • Community buildings
  • Administrative buildings
  • Maintenance/storage buildings

  • Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD)
  • Section 18 demolition
  • Section 18 disposition
  • Part 200 retention

The webinar also covered timing and sequencing issues, including when PHAs are closing out their public housing programs.
