Repositioning Non-Dwelling Property: Overview of Tools and Strategic Tips

This webinar provided an overview of the tools available to Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) to reposition non-dwelling public housing real property such as:

  • Vacant land
  • Community buildings
  • Administrative buildings
  • Maintenance/storage buildings

The webinar discussed options under the following programs:

  • Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD)
  • Section 18 demolition
  • Section 18 disposition
  • Part 200 retention

The webinar also covered timing and sequencing issues, including when PHAs are closing out their public housing programs.
