Remote Video Inspections: Overview and Inspection Protocols

This training includes an overview of the Housing Quality Standards (HQS) for Housing Choice Vouchers and covers the initial steps of a Remote Video Inspections (RVI) . The process for scheduling an RVI is discuss as well as the requirements for the proxy. The first steps of the RVI are demonstrated, such as identifying the address and inspecting the unit entry door. These elements are part of every inspection and this video should be viewed prior to the other modules in the training.
