Remote Video Inspections: General Health & Safety: Common Areas, Elevators and Site and Neighborhood

This training covers the inspectable items and Remote Video Inspection (RVI) protocols for general health and safety; common areas and elevators; and site and neighborhood. The inspectable areas include access to the unit, exits, evidence of infestation, garbage and debris, interior stairs and common halls, other interior hazards, elevators, indoor air quality, and lead-based paint. Inspectable elements for site and neighborhood includes outdoor garages or sheds, drainage issues, fire hazards, and several other items.

The Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provide written instructions for carrying out the RVI protocols demonstrated in this module.
