Remote Video Inspections: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Building Exterior

This training includes the Remote Video Inspection (RVI) protocols for electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation (HVAC), and building exterior. The inspectable items include electrical hazards; adequacy of heating equipment; safety of heating equipment; ventilation and adequacy of cooling; water heater; water supply; plumbing; sewer connection; roof, gutters, downspouts, exterior wall surfaces, chimney, doors, windows, stairs, porches, balconies, foundations, and deteriorated paint.

The Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provide written instructions for carrying out the RVI protocols demonstrated in this module.
