Financial coaching with ongoing accountability is a popular application of the financial capability approach. Learn how to integrate the latest tools and techniques from the financial capability field into homeownership programs to enhance the programs' effectiveness.
This training is a two webinar series on June 11 and 13, 2019. Each webinar is two hours (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM PDT).
The first session will explore early pre-purchase activities such as:
- Choosing a lender
- Selecting a realtor
- Making offers on properties
The second session will explore activities such as:
- Contract process
- Home inspections
- Home appraisals
- Preparing for the final document signing and closing date
