January 18, 2018 | 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM EST

This webinar provides an open question and answer forum for public housing authorities (PHAs) and mod-rehab property owners about implementing HUD’s Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) e-Tool for non-FHA Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) transactions. A previous webinar on December 7, 2017 - Using HUD's CNA e-Tool for RAD Transactions - reviewed these requirements, and the slides, recording, and transcript are posted for review.

HUD encourages interested parties to send known questions about implementing the CNA e-Tool for non-FHA RAD transactions in advance to resourcedesk@radresource.net, so they can be best addressed during this webinar.

During this course, attendees will:

  • Ask questions and receive answers about reviewing and submitting the CNA e-Tool for a non-FHA RAD transaction
  • Enhance their understanding of the requirements for using HUD’s CNA e-Tool in non-FHA RAD transactions

Who Should Attend

This webinar is relevant to PHAs, mod-rehab property owners, and capital needs assessors participating in RAD transactions. This webinar is limited to 1,000 participants and registration for this training will close one hour before the webinar begins.
