Webinar

Q&A on Implementing HUD’s CNA e-Tool for Non-FHA RAD Transactions
This webinar provided an open question and answer forum for public housing authorities (PHAs) and mod-rehab property owners about implementing HUD’s Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) e-Tool for non-FHA Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) transactions. A previous webinar on December 7, 2017 - Using HUD's CNA e-Tool for RAD Transactions - reviewed these requirements, and the slides, recording, and transcript are posted for review.
HUD encouraged interested parties to send known questions about implementing the CNA e-Tool for non-FHA RAD transactions in advance to resourcedesk@radresource.net, so they could be best addressed during this webinar.
