Public Housing Repositioning: Wednesday Webinar Series - Homeownership Programs

This webinar explained how Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) can further affordable homeownership in their communities through federal housing programs and assistance.

The webinar discussed how to assist public housing residents, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) clients, and other low-income families in purchasing homes (i.e., through counseling, down-payment assistance, best practice lending models). It also discussed how to reposition public housing units for affordable homeownership and otherwise expand the supply of homeownership units available for purchase.
