This webinar, presented as a series of five modules, provides a comprehensive overview of the Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS) and the four indicators and sub-indicators in these areas:
- Physical Assessment Subsystem (PASS)
- Management Assessment Subsystem (MASS)
- Financial Assessment Subsystem (FASS)
- Capital Fund Program (CFP) Assessment
The webinar also reviews the scoring system and provides instruction on how to proactively improve performance, including review of tools and methods which can be used to track performance, develop plans, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
