Public Comment Session on Draft Departmental Radon Policy

HUD's Office of Environment and Energy (OEE) will conduct a presentation and live comment session on HUD's proposed department-wide radon policy, Departmental Policy for Addressing Radon in the Environmental Review Process. During this recorded, live session OEE staff will provide an overview of the draft proposed radon policy and then allow for members of the public to provide oral comments on the policy.

More information about the draft policy, including a link to the draft policy document and information how to submit comments to the public comment docket, can be found on the Federal Register. The public comment docket closes on April 14, 2023.
