PHA Occupancy Webinar Series: PASS Physical Condition

The Physical Assessment Subsystem (PASS) Physical Condition training will assist Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) in gaining a thorough understanding of the importance of preparing for Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) inspections and addressing Exigent Health and Safety (EH&S) deficiencies to ensure more families are housed in decent, safe, and affordable units.

This training series will provide PHAs across the U.S. with a series of requirements, conditions, and terms associated with each unit sub-category and improve the performance and management of Operating Subsidy funds (OSF). The training materials will help PHAs gain a thorough understanding of a wide spectrum of topics related to occupancy as well as knowledge on how to develop and implement solutions.
