On July 19, 2016, from 2:00 – 4:00 PM EDT, HUD will host a webinar for Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) 1, 2, and 3 grantees to describe the procedures for requesting NSP program income transfers to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program that were announced in the Notice of Neighborhood Stabilization Program; Changes to Closeout Requirement Related to Program Income. HUD will also review the related frequently asked questions (FAQs) that were released on July 1. This webinar, the transfer procedures, and the FAQs are intended to guide grantees through the policy considerations and mechanics of completing the transfer in the Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting (DRGR) system and the Integrated Disbursement Information (IDIS) system. Time will be made for questions and answers.

Along with these resources, HUD is publishing bi-weekly expenditure reports and has established a mailbox at: nsp-questions@hud.gov for questions regarding the transfer of program income and grant closeout efforts.

Please save the dates for future NSP webinars to be held August 2, 2016 and August 16, 2016 at 2:00 pm EST.
