As housing counselors are adjusting to changes in their work environment and experiencing an increase in their workload due to COVID-19, many are feeling pressured to shift quickly and become overwhelmed with the tasks at hand.

This training covers:

  • Challenges that cause stress in the housing counseling industry
  • Tips and tools to manage crisis counseling in any work environment
  • How to organize your workflow and space to maintain productivity and decrease stress

This training provides a toolbox of methods for housing counselors to organize their workspace and manage workflow to minimize everyday stressors. This training prepares housing counselors to effectively serve clients without feeling stretched thin.
