This training is taught by Stephen Cross, veteran OCC and FDIC CRA regulator turned financial institution adviser, as well as, CRA Community Development expert Josh Silver. Stephen Cross has over 34 years of executive level regulatory and advisory experience and specializes in assisting financial institutions with monitoring and resolving issues related to the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Josh Silver has over 25 years' experience in the housing, community development, and fair lending policy development.

In this course, participants will learn how regulators evaluate and score CRA activities and investments, as well as, how to work well with communities and municipalities to safely meet CRA obligations using local planning coalitions and tools.
