May 11, 2017 | 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM EDT

This webinar is part five of a six-part series that will guide participants through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) new multifamily utility benchmarking guidance, including the new HUD Multifamily Utility Benchmarking Website and Toolkit. The goal of this series is for attendees to become familiar with the specific guidance and tools HUD has developed to help facilitate, encourage, and streamline the benchmarking of energy and water performance at multifamily properties. Attendees are encouraged to register for and attend all six sessions. Recordings will be made available for those who are not able to attend.

By attending this session, participants will:

  • Receive a demonstration of the Portfolio Manager® Data Quality Checker;
  • Understand how to use Portfolio Manager® functionality to share benchmarking results with internal audiences, and to report benchmarking results to external audiences;
  • Learn how to access, fill out, and submit HUD’s new, customized utility benchmarking reporting template; and
  • Identify strategies and resources for translating benchmarking results into concrete next steps toward improving property performance.
