This webinar was designed to highlight the value of data and how it can be used to effectively address inequities and assist with decision making in small communities. Through the use of case studies, the webinar exemplified how data is instrumental in identifying need and measuring impact. It offered tools and resources that local governments can explore as well as highlighted best practices that foster peer exchange and learning.

Participants were able to:

  • Understand how local governments are collecting, storing, and using data
  • Explore ways to leverage existing data in decision-making and/or generating impact
  • Highlight best practices and available resources
  • Foster peer exchange and learning

Who Should Attend?

This training was intended for local governments (communities with population under 50,000) and their partners, TA providers and Distressed Cities Technical Assistance (DCTA) program stakeholders.
