Jobs Plus Earned Income Disregard Training

This training on HUD's Public Housing Jobs Plus Earned Income Disregard (JPEID) is intended for public housing authority (PHA) staff administering a Jobs Plus Grant. The training discusses the financial rent incentive for residents covered under JPEID and will help PHAs to understand the purpose of the Jobs Plus Program, how to determine the JPEID, understand the relationship between JPEID and the Operating Subsidy and how to calculate the adjusted Formula Income.
