This lecture discusses Integrated Services Teams and how they can serve people who are homeless by addressing employment, housing, and treatment needs. This lecture is intended for case managers working in community rehabilitation programs and homeless assistance programs. It will be particularly useful to staff who provide services to people who are chronically homeless and who have complex needs such as mental illnesses, substance abuse, limited education, and criminal history.
