HUD Employment Lecture 1: Integrating Vocational Assessment in Client Service Planning

This lecture is intended for outreach workers and case managers working in homeless programs and community rehabilitation programs. The vocational assessment principles and practices discussed are derived from information gathered through both research and conversations with a number of practitioners throughout the country. The primary focus is on serving homeless adults, however, information contained in this lecture and pamphlet may be useful in serving clients other than homeless adults, including youth and families.
