Housing Counseling Webinar: Housing Counseling Program Certification: HUD Exchange Resources

This webinar, published May 23, 2019, provided an overview and demonstration of the HUD Housing Counselor Certification resources available on the HUD Exchange. Since the release of the final rule, HUD has been collecting best practices, frequently asked questions (FAQs), instructional pages, and other resources to help housing counseling agencies meet the new requirements. Attendees learned about the collection of existing and new resources and webpages available on the new landing page.
