Industry advances have launched a new class of homes that are indistinguishable from site-built homes, featuring pitched roofs with shingles and gabled ends, porches, garages, permanent foundations, and more.
In this seminar, housing counselors and industry professionals learned about manufactured housing, common myths, and how best to serve clients seeking affordable housing through various financing options. Information shared assisted both HUD certified housing counselors and those seeking certification in understanding the ins and outs of manufactured housing.
