Housing Counseling Basics Webinar Series: Financial Management and HUD Grant Administration

This webinar was designed to assist agencies with developing budgets, eligible expenses, quarterly reporting, and understanding timelines. Agencies learned about the terms of the grant agreement, how to draw down funds through electronic Line of Credit Control System (eLOCCS), how to file No Activity reports, and what happens to the grant if the HCA is inactivated or terminated.

• Eligible expenses and budgeting for the HUD Housing Counseling Grant
• Grant reporting, use of eLOCCS, and the role of the Housing Counseling System (HCS) and Client Management System (CMS)
