The purpose of the HOME-ARP Public Participation Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Video is to provide a detailed summary of the public participation requirements for the HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) allocation plan, as outlined in Notice CPD-21-10: Requirements for the Use of Funds in the HOME-ARP Program. For additional information about public participation, Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) should refer to 24 CFR 91.105. In addition to outlining requirements, the video FAQ will offer best practice strategies PJs can employ to strengthen participation.
