HOME-ARP Notice Webinar: Notice CPD-21-10, Qualifying Populations, and Allocation Plan Requirements
September 27, 2021 | 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM EDT
Online
The American Rescue Plan (ARP) provides $5 billion through the HOME Program to the 651 State and local Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) that qualified for FY 2021 HOME funds. In collaboration with other community stakeholders, PJs can use the funding to make targeted, strategic investments in housing and other assistance for people experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness, and other vulnerable populations.
This webinar provided PJs and their partners with a general overview of the HOME-ARP Implementation Notice (Notice CPD-21-10), reviews the HOME-ARP Qualifying Populations, and explained the requirements for developing the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan.
This webinar is part of a webinar series sponsored by HUD's Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) to review Notice CPD-21-10 and discuss established requirements for the use of ARP funds to provide homelessness assistance and supportive services.
