Washington, DC 20002-4205
HUD's Office of Affordable Housing Programs (OAHP) is sponsoring HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) Allocation Plan In-Person Problem Solving Clinics for Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) to guide the development and successful submission of compliant HOME-ARP allocation plans before the March 31, 2023 deadline.
Each clinic will include three hours of training and discussion, and PJ staff will have an optional opportunity afterward to meet one-on-one with a HUD Technical Assistance (TA) Provider for 15-minutes to help with specific allocation plan questions. The clinic will begin at 10:00 AM local time and follow the below agenda:
- Training, Q&A, and discussion (two hours)
- Lunch (one hour on your own)
- Topic specific discussions (one hour)
- Optional one-on-one sessions with TA Providers (one hour)
To foster active participation in the discussion, PJs are encouraged to bring draft sections of their allocation plans.
