HEROS Frequently Asked Questions Webinar Session – November 2017

November 02, 2017 | 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EDT

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Environment and Energy is pleased to announce the HEROS Frequently Asked Questions Webinar for entitlement responsible entity staff in all HUD Regions. This live interactive session provides an opportunity for persons involved in the environmental review process to test their knowledge and familiarity with using HEROS, which is HUD’s online system for completing environmental reviews.

During this interactive session, participants will be quizzed on frequently asked questions regarding HEROS that have been submitted through the HUD Exchange Ask A Question portal, the Q&A Sessions: Using HEROS webinars, and other various outlets. The majority of this session will go over the new HEROS enhancements that were implemented with the HEROS 11.14 Release in July 2017. There will also be time for HEROS troubleshooting and answering questions from participants about using the system. Participants may use the HEROS User Guide and FAQs throughout this webinar.

Important information: This webinar is NOT a basic training on how to use HEROS; this information is currently available on the HUD Exchange in prerecorded “How to” videos. Participants must watch the following video clips as a prerequisite to this session:

This session is for current HEROS users.

Registration is open to participants who currently have access to HEROS and either attended one of the previous Q&A Sessions: Using HEROS or watched the recorded webinar held in December 2015. Instructions on how to gain HEROS access can be found on the HEROS HUD Exchange webpage.
