ESG and ESG-CV Reporting Office Hours

An Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and ESG CARES Act (ESG-CV) Office Hours session was held to review work that the recipients do in Sage for reporting. ESG program reporting is designed for ESG recipients (cities, counties, states and territories) who receive ESG-CV and ESG funding. Both program and financial recipient staff were encouraged to attend.
As many recipients are winding down their ESG-CV projects and beginning to draw their final funds from Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) for ESG-CV, this session reviewed:
- The required steps to conclude ESG-CV quarterly reporting
- The procedures in Sage for closing out Quarterly Performance Reports (QPRs) and reporting final financial information on ESG-CV
HUD Technical Assistance (TA) providers also took the opportunity during these Office Hours to review information on the new annual ESG Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) reporting screens in Sage and answered questions that were raised by recipients on the new financial forms and overall program reporting.
HUD TA providers also responded to other questions recipients had about either ESG-CV and ESG reporting.
