The Office of Block Grant Assistance (OBGA) Disaster Recovery and Special Issues Division (DRSI) hosted a webinar series for Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grantees to provide information on how to successfully and compliantly implement their projects projects.
This webinar presented several case studies of effective mitigation projects across various disaster types that have been implemented at the local government level, including discussing Benefit Cost Analysis (BCA) and other metrics as well as the criteria and process used for selecting and prioritizing projects or programs. Speakers included Federal Emergency Management (FEMA), HUD, and Disaster Recovery (DR) grantee representatives.
This webinar is a part of the CDBG-DR and CDBG-MIT Spring 2020 webinar series.
Who Should Attend?
This webinar series was intended for new CDBG-DR grantees: FY 2018 and 2019 grantees that received their first allocation of CDBG-DR grant funding or those who received additional funding for the first time since FY 2017.
