HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing Programs is hosting a two-part webinar series to introduce the new CNA e-Tool version 3.0.

Part 2: The Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) User Basics 3.0 webinar shows the look and feel of version 3.0, describing how to navigate individual user dashboards, how to assign CNAs within an organization, and how to send CNAs to partner organizations.

Training Objectives

Participants will learn how to:

  • Read and interpret their individualized e-Tool dashboards
  • Send CNAs to partners and assign CNAs to individuals within organizations

Who Should Attend?

These webinars are intended for all current and future users of the CNA e-Tool. This includes lenders, needs assessors, Participating Administrative Entities (PAEs), and Public Housing Authorities (PHAs).

Note: Each session within a webinar topic will cover the same content. You should only register for one session under each webinar topic. View the other sessions.
