April 20, 2018 | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EDT
This training was part of a virtual classroom curriculum in which participants learned about various aspects of the Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) e-Tool, specifically, issues that HUD has detected that cause a CNA submission to be rejected. In this training, participants learned about the correct attachments and photos for inclusion with the CNA, the mode of attachment, the type of photos required, naming conventions, etc. During the first part of the class, the instructor discussed attachments and photos, and provided useful tools and tips for ensuring that the correct items are included. During the second part of the class, participants asked questions and engaged in a discussion about CNA e-Tool attachments and photos and specifics about how put together attachments in a way that makes sense to the HUD reviewer.
