Building HOME: Homeowner Rehabilitation Programs
This module, Homeowner Rehabilitation Programs, is Module 4 of the Building HOME training. Building HOME is a collection of self-paced online training modules that provides a comprehensive overview of the HOME Program and covers all program activities, including homeowner and homebuyer, rental housing, tenant-based rental assistance, and CHDO activities.
Training Order: Have you completed Modules 1-3? If not, please complete Modules 1-3 which are a prerequisite to take this module.

Audience
This module is intended for government, nonprofit, for profit, and property management staff working in the HOME Program.
New Staff: Learn the basics of HOME, including the regulations and an overview of other federal regulations that apply to HOME.
Experienced Staff: Reinforce your understanding of HOME regulations and implementation.
