2019 Best Practices for the Consolidated Plan and Action Plan in the eCon Planning Suite

The Office of Community Planning and Development (CPD) held a Question and Answer (Q&A) webinar for all State and Entitlement grantees on best practices for successful set up of new Consolidated Plans and Annual Action Plans (AAPs) in the eCon Planning Suite. This webinar reviewed the process, timing, and steps required to complete amendments.
The webinar provided an overview of new features and elements incorporated into the consolidated planning process and includes the following topics:
- Opportunity Zones
- Disaster Resiliency
- Data Updates and Tools
- Envision Centers
In this webinar, attendees learned:
- Best practices for setting up the Consolidated Plan and the AAP
- How to incorporate new program requirements into their plans
