SNAPS COVID-19 Webinar: Best Practices for Serving Populations with High Acuity Needs

The current COVID-19 pandemic means it is critical to understand how best to serve people with high acuity needs in your system response in order to keep them healthy and safe. This webinar will set up definitions around acuity levels and discuss how to provide services for people with different levels of acuity in Rapid Rehousing. Topics covered will include case management mixes and ratios, use of evidence-based practices, and considerations for coordinated entry system processes and prioritization.
