2022 ConnectHomeUSA Virtual Summit


October 25-27, 2022



HUD's Office of Public and Indian Housing is sponsoring a 3-day virtual summit on timely digital inclusion topics for ConnectHomeUSA (CHUSA) communities, public housing authorities (PHAs), tribes, multifamily housing owners and operators, public-private stakeholders, and anyone interested in digital inclusion. Participants heard from a wide range of organizations, from federal agencies tasked with administering new broadband funding programs, private-sector stakeholders who provided updates about their programs, to CHUSA communities that have innovative programs to share!

The summit featured training webinars and breakout sessions which allowed participants to engage directly with speakers and leave with tools for continued growth. Learn more about ConnectHomeUSA.

Training Objectives

At the conclusion of the summit, participants were able to:

  • Identify federal funding opportunities and strategies to support the growth and success of your digital inclusion initiatives
  • Collaborate with CHUSA communities and public-private stakeholders to improve program design and implementation
  • Understand what innovative solutions and best practices communities around the country are using to advance digital equity in their communities

Who Should Attend?

This summit was intended for CHUSA communities, other PHA staff, tribes, and public-private stakeholders interested in bridging the digital divide through affordable broadband service, devices, and digital literacy training.
