2021 ConnectHomeUSA - Community Spotlight: CRHA Partners to Bridge the Digital Divide

August 31, 2021 | 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM EDT

ConnectHomeUSA wants communities to learn the secrets behind building successful partnerships with local organizations. During this webinar, participants were able to hear from a ConnectHomeUSA community, Chesapeake Redevelopment & Housing Authority (CRHA), about the work they are doing with local organizations.

Representatives from CRHA and Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) shared information about their partnership to bring devices, Internet, and digital literacy training to residents. The partners also discussed the origin of the partnership and provided insight and tips on how to engage potential partners in the community.

This webinar is part of a webinar series that aims to help ConnectHomeUSA participating communities achieve their goals in connecting households to broadband and assisting communities in their digital inclusion and digital literacy efforts. View all webinars in the ConnectHomeUSA Webinar Series.
