This is the first Session of the Miami Gardens Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Workshop. Session I is two full days and includes a hands-on Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting System (DRGR) training and a joint session on closeout preparation with Session II attendees. NOTE: Grantees will need to register separately for Session II if interested in attending the full three-day workshop.
Training Objectives
Session I of this workshop teaches NSP grantees to:
- Understand and use DRGR functions in all modules
- Work in a hands-on environment to apply the class lessons to case study exercises
- Access DRGR reports to reconcile data for closeout
- Gain knowledge on all aspects of NSP closeout including preparation, process, and program income transfers
Who Should Attend?
This training is intended for NSP grantees.

You must have a HUD Exchange account to register. Follow these instructions for registering.
Please note, your enrollment does not guarantee approval. You will receive a confirmation email entitled “NSP Workshops – Miami Gardens” once your enrollment has been approved. Please do not make any non-refundable travel arrangements until you receive an email confirmation notice. HUD cannot be responsible for penalties incurred due to cancelled arrangements.
Each grantee is limited initially to two (2) staff members for each Session of the workshop. Additional NSP staff will be waitlisted. Waitlisted staff will be permitted to attend if the training does not reach capacity. Due to the limited availability of training seats, for-profit corporations, consultants, and consulting firms are not permitted to register for this workshop series.
