Bobby Coulter of the Fresno Housing Authority described various connectivity models that could be adopted by ConnectHomeUSA communities and the approach that Fresno Housing Authority ultimately chose.Â
Juleian Curtis Sr. of the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority described different options for obtaining affordable devices for an agency's residents and how to design a literacy program that is tailored to an agency's residents’ needs.

This webinar was intended for Public Housing Authority (PHA) staff and community members responsible for ConnectHome program. Community members from non-ConnectHome communities interested in bridging the digital divide for PHA or other HUD-assisted housing programs were welcomed to attend.
