Two ConnectHomeUSA veterans discussed how they have successfully implemented the three-legged stool of digital inclusion in their communities. This webinar highlighted best practices from ConnectHomeUSA Playbook Chapters 6-8.

Bobby Coulter of the Fresno Housing Authority described various connectivity models that could be adopted by ConnectHomeUSA communities and the approach that Fresno Housing Authority ultimately chose. 

Juleian Curtis Sr. of the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority described different options for obtaining affordable devices for an agency's residents and how to design a literacy program that is tailored to an agency's residents’ needs.

  • ConnectHomeUSA community best practices

Who Should Attend?

This webinar was intended for Public Housing Authority (PHA) staff and community members responsible for ConnectHome program. Community members from non-ConnectHome communities interested in bridging the digital divide for PHA or other HUD-assisted housing programs were welcomed to attend.
