Participants will learn how to assess resident needs for devices, how to obtain devices, and how to manage ongoing device maintenance.

Training Objectives:

  • Understand ConnectHome Playbook chapter topics
  • Steps to help meet ConnectHome program goals
  • Learn ConnectHome community best practices

Who Should Attend?

Public Housing Authority (PHA) staff and community members responsible for ConnectHome program implementation should attend. Community members from non-ConnectHome communities interested in bridging the digital divide for PHA or other HUD-assisted housing programs are welcome to attend.
