Capital Needs Assessment e-Tool Training

This page provides training on using the new web-based version of the Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) e-Tool developed by HUD's Office of Multifamily Housing. The CNA e-Tool is suitable for use by any multifamily housing program, as well as Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) (for Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) transactions only) and USDA housing programs.
