This checklist is intended for service providers and Continuum of Care (CoC) administrators seeking guidance on community-based solutions for ending homelessness. It includes The National Alliance to End Homelessness' 10 essentials for ending homelessness in a community. Each essential also links to a range of resources such as publications, case studies, and community profiles.
