Sample Boarding Specifications for Land Banking

This component of the NSP Land Banking Toolkit is intended for grantees and their partners boarding and securing properties that are maintained with NSP funding. These sample boarding specifications can be used as a guide to create specifications that meet the unique needs of the individual municipality and land bank. The document includes a list of criteria under which land bank properties should be boarded.
