COVID-19 EHV Waiver and Alternative Requirements: Summary Table

The Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) Waiver and Alternative Requirements Summary Table is designed for public housing agencies (PHAs) and HUD Continuums of Care (CoCs) to support the EHV program by providing a checklist and information on available waivers and alternative requirements. This checklist can be used by the PHA to indicate to the CoC and other partners which EHV waivers are being utilized. The table can also be used for general educational purposes on all alternative requirements and waivers for EHV including, which waivers are mandatory and which are not, and from what statute or regulation they derive.
