CoC/HOME/CDBG/ESG Recipient Crosswalk

Description

This document provides a crosswalk of CoCs, HOME Participating Jurisdictions (PJs), Con Plan/CDBG jurisdictions, and ESG recipients.

• CoCs may use this report to identify the HOME, CDBG, and ESG recipients in their communities.
• HOME PJs may use this report to identify the CoCs within their service area.
  • Before developing its HOME-ARP allocation plan, a PJ must consult with agencies and service providers whose clientele include the HOME-ARP qualifying populations to identify unmet needs and gaps in housing or service delivery systems. PJs must consult with the CoC(s) serving the jurisdiction's geographic area. State PJs are not required to consult with every CoC within the state's boundaries; however, local PJs must consult with all CoCs serving the jurisdiction. In its plan, a PJ must describe its consultation process, list the organizations consulted, and summarize the feedback received from these entities.
